My Name is Tracey-Anne and I live in the beautiful county of Northamptonshire, in the UK.
I eat dairy-free due to a lactose intolerance and I enjoy preparing healthy food to share with my family, but I don’t like being in the kitchen too long so most of my favourite recipes can be made in under 30 minutes.
I also enjoy photography and I have taken all the pictures on ‘digsdairyfree’ myself.
I am very interested in evolutionary biology and particularly the effect that diet and environment has had on the evolution of humans. In 2017 I was awarded a 2:1 honours degree in Natural sciences with the Open University and I am now pursuing a passionate interest in the relationship between life long health and diet by studying for a Masters degree in Personalised Nutrition.
