My Name is Tracey-Anne and I live in the beautiful county of Northamptonshire, in the UK.
Since 1998, my diet has been dairy-free and I have been limiting my gluten intake since 2018.
I enjoy preparing healthy food to share with my family, but I don’t like being in the kitchen too long so most of my favourite recipes can be made in under 30 minutes.
I also enjoy photography: I have enjoyed creating all the pictures on my blog.
I am very interested in evolutionary biology and particularly the effect that diet and environment has had on the evolution of humans and the effect that human diet and farming methods have on the health of the environment.
In 2017 I was awarded a 2:1 honours degree in Natural sciences with the Open University and, in 2020, I completed a Masters degree in Personalised Nutrition.
Digs Dairy Free will continue to be influenced by the requirements of busy family life and fast-moving developments in the health and environmental sciences.
Thank you for taking the time to read my blog and recipe collection.
Wishing you well,
